No diet plans, no meetings - just me - my bottle of water, watching my diet, and the gym. Let the journey begin...

Hey Eleana - how is the gym. I'm down 7 pounds so far and I've been at the gym on average 3 days a week. Remember - you can do it.

Okay, my dear Eleana. Good job working out this week.

When are you going to the gym again? You can do it. Pick another day to go to the gym this week. Friday's are usually less busy. In and out then you can go home and kick up your feet.

Remember Eleana - work out at least 3 times a week. You can do it! It is so rewarding to look at all your stickers at the end of your week on your calendar.

Hangin in there It'll start to be less hell-ish soon... you're body will adapt, you've just got to kick off the rust.

Have you increased your water intake? Peeing away calories is fun and an excuse to get up from your desk!
